General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Galerie La Ligne GmbH. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognised unless the seller expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Contracting parties and conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Galerie La Ligne GmbH, Voltastrasse 88, CH-4056 Basel.

By clicking on the order button, you are placing a binding order for the items contained in your shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by email.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in euros and include statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are specified in the shop. The customer will be notified of any delays.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card via Stripe.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is no right of withdrawal.

8. Copyright

All works of art and illustrations are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution or use without the artist's consent is prohibited.

9. Liability

The seller shall only be liable for claims based on damages in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Final provisions

Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the seller's registered office.
